I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms at this hotel. They looked much better than the pictures online, and the layout felt more like a suite than a standard room. The bathroom was fantastic, with a rain-head shower and separate bath, although having the clothes cupboard in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient for delicate items. The overall spaciousness and design were impressive.
The hotel is located right next to Hamburg Central Station, making it convenient for transportation and close to the lake and Hamburg Rathaus. The rooms are spacious, resembling mini apartments, though some issues like water not staying in the bath may be due to age. The service provided was professional with a new room offered, but there were occasional communication lapses at check-in. The location is vibrant during the day, perfect for exploring the shopping district and attractions, but quieter at night. The dining experience offered exceptional omelettes and organic products. The facilities are diverse, and the spa renovation was noticeable with plastic sheets and duct tape.
